Yeah it did and still works.

I also tore the trans down see what it had and it totally stock down to outputs. Slowly, I'm going to start with trans and work my way out upgrading what needs.

    Nice!
I'm surprised they lasted that long.

I've got steel outdrives and slipper eliminator parts for the tranny.
Just check the drivetrain section of the store:

    Eric,

Was your rx coated with Corrosion X? Were you running 4s this past weekend? I saw Steve's H2 on 4s had great low speed control with the BR-XL and I'm wondering how the FXR did since I'm considering the same mod for my Class 2 rig.

I was looking at outputs you carry. But found these.

Yes my rx was coated in corrosion X. I was running the mog 3s. I wouldn't recommend Fxr on 4s.I ran the taco on 4s at the first comp @ bull creek I thermaled while on course. I been emailing with tekin president it came down to fxr isn't rated for 4s. I would go with br-xl. I will when I can afford it.

    Ah yes, the pin holes.
Good way to go if your shafts can accept them.

I've never had any issues with the flat sided ones myself but everyone is different. Course you could always drill em if need be.

Small update. I picked up close cell D.D. foams Eddie back in April. I got 4.5'' medium outters front and softs outters rear. I had to shave inner fronts, since I'm using axial weight ring to fit. You don't want to stretch inner foam over the ring.

I also cut down the outters to width of the tire.

I also took some revo push rods I had laying put a slight bend them. I will get some new ones that red so all the links match again. Also with new foams mounted tires don't sag much anymore.

I prefer the pin, don't have to worry about the checking the set screw to see if it came loose. I had it happen so many times, it chew up the steel outputs.
