Welcome!! Arbor Hills is a great place for scale rigs. BBking and I hit Arbor Hills all the time. The Colony 5 star is another cool place also that is real close to Carrollton.

Sorry, the pictures are kinda FAIL but my much cuter half was NOT interested in getting the proper angles for some awesome compositions... so deal with it. :mrgreen:

You probably cant see in the photos but there are a few roots that were pretty nasty little undercuts which substantially increased the difficulty of the climb :eek2:

Good. Humid as hell, but otherwise nice to get away. Had a hurricane down there, though. Wasn't bad, but I can now say I rode out a hurricane. :mrgreen:

Hey EWS. Welcome. Where in Rockwall do you run? We have a couple guys on here from Rockwall. JCSAxial and Burnitup.

Im out as a broken garage door opener is going to eat up my day.

Hopefully this week one evening we can get out.

Wraith is good fun no doubt, Kit version built up... custom Derlin links, Novak Rooster Crawler ESC and BEC, Novak brushless Goat, Hitec digital MG h20 proof servo, MIP driveshats, HR steering linkage, XVD axles, Robinson Racing tranny, Proline 2.2 beadlocks w SS TSL's, Vanquish C-hubs, steering knuckles, lockouts and diff covers (added later along with ARB diff covers) various other custom bits hinged hood with h20 proof rx and BEC box. Stock 2.4ghz radio and rx.

My name is Dana. I'm new to crawling however not to RC. I'm looking for a good hobby shop here in the DFW area that has a good selection of crawler related parts. I currently have a Losi Mini Rock Crawler 1/18 with several upgrades. Looking to get into 1/10 very soon. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Not sure but roys hobby might have some parts. If not its not unusual most hobby shops don't carry much crawler stuff but welcome to the board

I've go to Roy's often. They have some stuff but are limited. Been to almost every hobby shop in North Texas. Looks like on line in the way to go.

Im Daniel, New to this site. I have an scx10, would love to have someone or a group to run with. I live in League City, in between Houston and Galveston. I have a small course in my back yard that is steadily improving and This hobby is an absolute blast to me. Customizing and working on my rig is almost as fun as driving them to me lol If anyone wants to get together or chat hit me up im game lol :mrgreen:

Due to my employment status, I'm free to crawl or go run my Traxxas Slash 4x4 up at Mikes in Carrolton anytime. I would enjoy getting together with any go you guys during the week or weekends. I'm about a month into my first Crawler and LOVING it! I'm trying to meet more people in the same hobby and looking to crawl with.
Before I found this Forum I created a FaceBook group called "DFW RC Crawlers" to get everyone who has a Facebook in the local area to get on and share things and post new events. I have about 18 members on there so far (some from here) and am hoping to get more so we can hit trails and Competitions.
My name on there is "deafboy Customz"

Oh I have an SCX-10 Jeep that now has 110mm KING shocks, a Chevy full 4 door body from a traxxas 3.3, wide pro-line bumpers, 2.2 wheels, and a few Integy aluminum upgrades.

Been lurking around long enough and finally decided to join the forum.

No crawlers or trail vehicles in the stable at the moment. I should have an AX10 Ridgecrest on the way soon, but that's it at the moment. The eventual plan is to get a couple Jeep G6 kits for my wife and I to build and run together.

Looking forward to making it out to a meet/event someday.

Hola everybody! Springtown checking in. New to RC wheelin but not to four wheelin. Acquired an SCX 10 deadbolt. about 3 months ago and love it. No mods yet, but that will all soon change. All extra funds have gone into big wheelers.

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum. Currently building a SCX10 Unlimited Jeep Rubicon. Been a long build process so far. Lots of upgrades are being done before I get to start crawling. I have been out of the crawling scene for a few years now and decided to get back in. I currently live in Little Elm, Tx. Hopefully I can get my rig done soon so I can meet up with some of you guys for some crawling action.

Hey guys in a round about way you can say i am new here lol. Actually i am starting to get back in to crawling with my wife. Sunday we picked her up a wraith and i got the scx10 g6. Wish i coulda used my old name but can not for the life of me remember the password and no longer have the email it was linked to. If anyone want to hit the rocks some weekend send me a msg.

I wish I could but alas I am on call this weekend. Where abouts in Benbrook do people go crawling? Over by the lake in the park off of 377? That's not a bad drive for me and some buddies. We are all new to this and wanting to get involved and Trail ride more. I can only crawl my homemade creek in the back yard so many times! LOL
